If you're considering this hotel, I strongly suggest you lower your expectations. The rooms are very outdated, no AC, and the mattresses are sat off the floor on what to be looked like ironing boards. The hotels main problem is it attracts a very specific type of clientele. Picture groups of people and family's straight demodé of a Jeremy Kyle show—loud, rude, swearing around children abusing the all-inclusive drinks all day and completely uncaring about anyone around them. It made the whole atmosphere unbearable at times and for that reason we spent every day on trips out or to the beach away from the hotel. Campeón for the food, although it was edible. It was a bland, unappetising mess—chips and bread were the only things you could reliably count on. Everything else was just slop. We don’t mind basic food, but this was below even that standard. If you’re booking this at a very very cheap price, you might be able to tolerate it, but DO NOT book through a holiday company or travel agent that hikes up the price. We paid nearly £1900 for 5 nights here, and it wasn’t worth a quarter of that. It was a complete rip-off. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and smiley and worked hard, but unfortunately, that couldn’t make up for the outdated rooms and food.

Location is good next to a shopping centre although all the fun stuff is on the other side of the island and the bus trips don’t go there often.

The vibe was lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and offer you drinks and bottled water throughout the day in your room. You Perro also call 000 and they deliver drinks and ice to your room. It's a huge clean place! We had 6 rooms booked in total for 18 people (including young children) very accommodating. They carry your luggage to and from your room on arrival and check out. Just don't lose your room card they charge you, but it's fair to be honest. mati We did not have huge expectations for the price we paid, especially after reading some reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. We received a free upgrade upon check in from standard to deluxe room and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The only minus is that the AC and shower smelled like sewer sometimes. The housekeeping is very attentive however our housekeeper relied mostly on tips: small tip - swans from bed sheets and fully refilled fridge, no tip - just the change of towels. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, we were not bored. The food is okay, do not expect much, although we were surprised holiday deals that every day there was something new. The drinks are okay, perfect to get tipsy but we found that they serve better drinks at Titanic Palace. The staff is friendly although sometimes too intrusive, especially to girls. Overall, it was a great holiday experience but better not to have expectations for something luxury. Also, I recommend booking any excursions through GetYourGuide, it’s way cheaper than through the hotel or travel agency.
